At AllMyTee,  we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, we’ll fix it — simple as that.

1. Can I Return My Tee?

  • Yup! You can request a return within 7 days after your order is delivered.
  • Just make sure the tee is unused, unwashed, and has the tags still on.
  • Returns are cool for:
    • Wrong product sent
    • Defective or damaged item
    • Need a different size? We got you (subject to stock availability)

2. What’s Not Returnable?

  • Items bought during Sales/Discounts (unless they’re damaged)
  • Customized stuff (your special edits stay yours!)
  • Minor color difference (screens lie sometimes 👀)
  • Worn out, washed, or damaged-after-delivery items

3. How Do I Start a Return?

Send us:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos (if it’s damaged/defective)

We’ll hit you back within 48 hours!

4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • You can courier it back and we’ll reimburse you ₹100 (with a courier bill).

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we get your return and it passes a quick quality check, you’ll get:
    • Full refund (within 5–7 working days) OR
    • Instant exchange (based on stock)
  • COD refunds will be made via bank transfer.

 

Quick Reminders:

  • Returns that don’t meet the conditions may get declined.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we can help:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • We accept refund requests only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Size issues (Please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering)
  • Products bought on sale/discount (unless defective)
  • Minor color variation due to screen settings
  • Customer damage (wear & tear, washing errors, etc.)

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at 4allmytee@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9662296922 / 7600875979 with:
    • Order ID
    • Photos of the product (showing the defect/damage)
  • Our team will verify your request within 48 hours.

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a bank transfer. You’ll need to provide your account details.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong size or defective item, we are happy to exchange it at no extra cost! 🎁
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
